Yes. Serey records a fingerprint of your content and a timestamp on its blockchain, creating a permanent record of when and by whom it was published. If someone later copies your work, this record lets you prove you published it first.

No. You can create an anonymous account without an email address, phone number or real name.

Serey supports card payments through Stripe, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as iDEAL, stablecoins such as USDC and USDT, and Bakong for payments in Cambodia.

For people who prefer not to share personal details, we also support privacy-focused cryptocurrencies such as Monero and Zano.

When readers pay you by card, the payment goes directly to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account on its regular schedule. Serey does not hold your earnings.

Yes. You can set prices for monthly, three-month and yearly plans.

Creators can earn through paid subscriptions and communities, a shop for physical and digital products, tips from readers, and sponsorships. Everything runs from one platform.

Serey currently takes no commission on paid subscriptions, so creators keep what readers pay them, apart from the payment provider's own fees. For other earnings, such as shop sales, we take a small commission to support the platform.

We may introduce a subscription fee in the future. If we do, we will announce it in advance.

Yes. Serey's shop supports both, as long as what you sell is legal where you operate and follows our Platform Guidelines.

Yes. Anonymous accounts need no email address, phone number or real name, and you can pay with privacy-focused cryptocurrencies. See our Privacy Policy for details and the limits of anonymity.

No. We never sell personal data, and we do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Our visitor statistics are anonymised and cannot identify you.

Chat runs on Delta Chat, which is decentralised and end-to-end encrypted. Serey does not store your messages.

For self-custody accounts, your seed phrase stays on your own device and never reaches Serey. That keeps your account in your hands, but it also means we cannot recover it for you. Keep your seed phrase somewhere safe.

Yes. You can export your content and subscriber list at any time, and delete your account from your settings.

Yes. A deleted account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. You can cancel by signing in during that time.

It stores a post permanently on Arweave, so it cannot be removed by you, by us, or by anyone else. Standard posts can be deleted at any time. You choose which one to use each time you publish.

Our Platform Guidelines set out what may not be published anywhere on Serey, such as illegal content and content that harms others. Platform owners may add their own rules on top.

Yes, from their own platform. The content still belongs to you, and you can publish it elsewhere on Serey or take it with you.
